We provide 1:1 ABA therapy where it matters most, at home, in school, or out in the community. We create individualized treatment plans specific to your needs. Our goal is to support your child’s growth in the settings that are most meaningful to them.
School support services
We collaborate with teachers, and consult with school staff to create consistent, effective strategies that contribute to your child’s growth, across home and classroom environments.

Initial Application & Screening
Start by completing our online application. We’ll review your child’s information to see if their needs align with our available staff and services. If we seem like a good fit, we’ll schedule a call to learn more.

Documentation Review and Insurance
If we believe we can meet your child’s needs, we’ll check your insurance benefits to ensure clarity on coverage for ABA services. We’ll then ask you to provide relevant documents, such as diagnostic reports, testing results, or IEPs to help us get a clear idea of your child’s needs.

In-Person Meeting
We’ll schedule an in-person intake meeting at your home to discuss your child’s needs and goals and afterwards, you will receive a report summarizing our recommendations.

Admissions Decision & Onboarding
After the in-person meeting, our team will make a final decision on admission. If accepted, you’ll review a good-faith estimate of costs and the client contract. Once signed, your child officially becomes a client, and we’ll introduce you to your clinical team. The clinical team will work with you to gain a deeper understanding of the child’s strengths and challenges.
