Our company employs and trains Therapy Assistants to deliver the ABA services designed by our professional staff members. We ensure that our Therapy Assistants receive ongoing, frequent, and top-of-the-line training and supervision. All of that helps us maintain the lowest rate of turnover of any ABA agency in the greater Seattle area.

Because we care, we assign multiple staff members to each client’s case.
Whereas other ABA practices usually only assign one behavior analyst to each client’s case, at ORL we assign two to three different behavior analysts to work on each client’s case. This helps ensure that all of our clients have a comprehensive team of highly trained professionals all working collaboratively to provide our clients with the very best possible quality of care.
